Role Description

This is a full time role for a Business Development Executive at Talknlock. The Business Development Executive will support the growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to sales initiatives. This role combines market research, outreach, and strategic planning to drive revenue and expand the company's client base.

Employment Details


Salary: Competitive, aligned with industry standards.

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (on-site).

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (6-day workweek).

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and untapped opportunities.

- Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold outreach.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pitches, proposals, and sales collateral.

- Track and manage leads to ensure efficient pipeline management.

- Analyze competitor strategies and client feedback to refine business development approaches.

- Support client onboarding by coordinating meetings, preparing contracts, and ensuring smooth handovers.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new revenue streams or partnership models.

- Monitor and report on sales metrics (conversion rates, lead quality, revenue targets).

- Build and maintain relationships with prospects via follow-ups and personalized communication.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to align business development efforts with industry demands.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales, marketing & business growth.

- Basic understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and CRM systems.

- Analytical ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
