Role Responsibilities :
- Develop and present tailored solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.
- Provide technical demonstrations of products and solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create effective pre-sales strategies.
- Drive solution design efforts to meet customer specifications.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Create detailed documentation for proposals and technical specifications.
- Monitor industry trends to inform solution development and proposals.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Evaluate and understand competitive offerings in the marketplace.
- Provide feedback to product teams for enhancements based on client interactions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations at industry conferences and workshops.
- Support pre -sales activities to ensure seamless transitions and implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
- Experience with client engagement and relationship management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with business process analysis and improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner.
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in project management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Previous experience in IT services or solutions industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
- Certification in Microsoft technologies is a plus.
