Job Responsibility :

- Responsible for identifying HNIs for new client acquisition, building new relationships and deepening existing relationship with HNI Clients.

- Identify and target potential real estate clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.

- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to offer tailored property solutions.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase luxury properties, including high-quality photos, virtual tours, and print materials.

- Market Penetration Industry wise.

- Responsible for Sales activity with all Client enquiries (inbound & Outbound) in terms of Face 2 Face interaction, Site inspection, Negotiations and finally closures.

- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.

- To ensure that the maintenance of proper discipline in regulation to the standard operation procedures as established by the organization.

- To ensure proper following of systems and processes in dealing with clients on daily basis.

- To adhere to the organizational compliance in the hierarchy.

- To ensure proper sales reporting to respective line managers on daily basis.

- To display high level of integrity and skill towards ones assigned duties.

- To ensure daily maintenance of the CRM system.
