Hiring For IT Commercial - Delhi HO

Role & responsibilities

1-Commercial IT Support: Provide day-to-day IT support to the commercial team, ensuring smooth functioning of commercial operations and systems.

2 - SAP Procurement to Pay (P2P): Hands-on experience and working knowledge of the SAP P2P module, including PR/PO creation, GRN processing, invoice matching, and vendor management.

3 - Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external IT vendors for software procurement, support services, licensing, and issue resolution related to commercial tools and systems.

4 - Budget Controls: Assist in monitoring and controlling IT-related budgets for commercial departments, ensuring optimal utilization and cost efficiency.

5 - Provisions Booking: Support the finance and commercial teams in booking provisions in the ERP system, ensuring timely and accurate entries aligned with month-end and year-end closing.

6 - Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal and external audits by providing relevant system reports and documentation.

7 - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment of technology with business needs.
