EHS - Noida Plant

Role & responsibilities

The objective of this job is to lead and manage all the processes related to EHS Compliances of the factory. Role holder is responsible for compliance control of management policies, EHS, ISO, OHSAS. Role holder is expected to facilitate Plant targets on PQCDSME, undertake resource planning and resource development and support problem solving on current /potential issues 

Key Responsibilities:

• To conduct audits for potential hazard & environmental hazard w.r.t. safety.
• To drive and foster Safety First culture at Plant.
• Plan and execute Safety committee meetings, followed by progressive closure of observations/gaps.
• To verify the potential hazard and ensure closure of the same.
• To discuss EHS related issues with concerned dept. and progressive closure of gaps.
• To consolidate MIS on EHS for Plant
• To verify the incident /accident taken place in plant and ensure corrective and preventive action of the same.
• Conducting EHS and safety committee meeting and ensure closure of points raised.
• To conduct meetings with all departments and taking feedback of near miss and ensure corrective action. Capturing near miss and ensure closure of the same.
• To impart training to all employees of plant on General and Fire Safety.
• To implement KAIZEN with team for better safety at workplace.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology of a University established by law and Diploma in Industrial Safety from RLI / CLI or State recognised board of education.

Fire officer certified course from National Fire College or recognised University by Law will be preffered.
