Role & responsibilities
- Work as IT SPOC for all IT Infrastructure processes and projects, a few being turnkey projects.
- Managing Networks landscape through Network Admin. for LAN, WAN, ISPs, new provisions etc.
- Checkpoint security devices, Cisco Switches and Routers, Fortinet devices management and operations
- Working knowledge of AD, MS O365 suite, C Panel, DNS, etc.
- Working knowledge of VM ware, understanding of SUSE Linux.
- Works on Forcepoint DLP, Arcon Single Sign on, various other dashboards.
- Druva and Commvault backups
- IT Vendor Management
- IT Budget management and keeping a control on the IT spends for Infrastructure
- Works extensively with the IT Operations lead and Resident engineers at various plants
