Job Location: Chennai (Chengalpattu).

Report to: This is a people manager role and position will report to the Service Delivery Leader or AVP - RPO.

Working Days: 6 days, work from office (Monday to Saturday).

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:

- Develop strong and constructive relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, as well as across the broader Taggd business.

- Gain a sound understanding of the assigned business/s (structure, nature of their work and business challenges faced) to enable anticipation of the business's future recruitment needs, ensure sourcing strategy is aligned with these requirements.

- Ensure effective and high-quality regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly communication with the hiring manager community and various key senior business stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience through knowledge and intelligence sharing, as well as accurate reporting.

- Become a key contact point for recruitment, sourcing or strategy queries/issues that arise of the RPO team.

- Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solutions for both parties.

- Analyze and communicate to clients and Taggd peers' recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.

- Communicate the process and benefits of the solution and Taggd membership to key stakeholders, including updates on process changes, new initiatives and projects, and additional service offerings.

- Governance and Compliance (Team, Recruiting Numbers, Policy, Process, Procedure).

- Extensive experience in Sourcing and hands-on recruiting will be key to this role.

- Regular Team/recruiting numbers/SLA's review.

Job Requirements:.

Education: Postgraduate.

Experience: 8+ Years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners who possess excellent communication skills and have a strong zeal to nurture a career in the RPO space.

Desired Competencies:

- Excellent Written and Oral Communication (Must Have).

- Strong experience of hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles, preferably in Steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space (Must Have).

- Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage (Must Have).

- Head Hunting Skills (Must have).

- Positive attitude towards work (Must Have).

- Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.

- High target and delivery orientation (Must Have).

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS).

- Boolean/advanced searches (Must Have.)
