Job Description;

One of the MNC firms is hiring for a Project Design & Delivery head Responsible for conceiving, managing, monitoring and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design and project management services to execution across all projects across multiple locations within contracted timelines while adhering to all required company ESG, EHS and COBC norms, statutory compliances, reporting requirements.

Key Deliverables:

- Collaboration with Real Estate team for land options for new site selection as per defined criteria, requirements and business priorities and cost budgeting to maximize per square feet cost

- Reviewer of CSA Design basis reports for overall project including land, base building and related fit- outs

- Knowledge of all required approvals and pre-requisites for starting construction

- Work closely with the CTO office in shortlisting, evaluating and choosing the right sets of technologies, products and solutions in line with the project requirements and companies ESG norms.

- Evaluate and implement New construction technologies to increase efficiency of Datacenters or reduce cost of per megawatt deployed capex

- Create the strategy for supporting and/or implementing large and/or complex multi-functional and/or multi-location projects.

- Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project and monitoring performance against agreed technical criteria

- Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled to mitigate any project impact

- Regularly review timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track

- Site audit against contracted specifications and requirements during and before delivery

- Reporting to board members on project progress

- CSA design peer reviewing

- Collaborate with Supply chain management team in building an efficient ecosystem of Supplier, partner and contractors who are aligned to company's COBC and EHS framework

- Support Technical evaluation of Bids

- Hold the ecosystem responsible for delivering as per the contractual technical, SOW, timelines and COBC requirements

- Demonstrate highest level of Integrity in dealing with contractors, government officials and consultants

- Report any instances of violation in company's code of business conduct to CXO and HR

Skills/Exp:

- 20 plus years of exp, BE/B.Tech in Civil with specialization in structural Engg. Mgmt Degree a big plus

- Strong technical and project delivery acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition.

- Ability to influence and persuade site projects team at all levels.

- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel as required.

- Act with passion, energy and can-do attitude for achieving stretch team goals

- Conflicts management skills to achieve mutual goals

- Disciplined and systematic approach to work
