Senior Manager - Business Analyst - Real Estate (8-10 yrs)

An MNC Data Center firm is hiring a Real Estate Investment professional preferably from data center background. The right candidate for this role should have experience of financial analysis in real estate industry and is able to work with different stakeholders related to real estate transactions. The successful candidate shall possess exceptional data analytical abilities and should be detail oriented.

Main Responsibilities:

- Working on financial numbers, sorting incoming proposals from IPCs, preparing info memos/decks in ppt, looking after lease agreements, analysis of real estate investment proposals, preparation of board notes, etc

- Maintaining a database of all incoming opportunities and sorting them, working with real estate developers & IPCs to source/procure real estate transactions. Working with the legal team to ensure CPs are met. Working with various stakeholders to incorporate their inputs in real estate decks to be prepared.

- Working with power, fiber, and design teams to ensure sites are feasible from these perspectives.

- Undertaking due diligence of land including technical due diligence.

- Getting valuation done for the underlying lands

- Working on other routine matters like lease agreements, maintaining a database of existing leases, lease expiry, renewals, security deposit, etc

- Carrying out feasibility studies for any BTS lease, BTS Sale, brownfield lease, land lease options

- Getting approvals related to due diligence to understand what can be built on a site and how.

- Working closely with the legal team to ensure adequate documentation for all transactions, CPs/CS are met in a time-bound manner.

- Documenting all processes and ensuring compliance with best practices in real estate acquisition & investments.

Skills/Exp

- MBA Finance from premier institute and/or qualified CA

- 7-8 years of experience business analysis in real estate.

- Preferred data centre industry experience in real estate.

- Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint

- Expertise in making financials models in excel

- Expertise in making detailed PowerPoint presentations to senior management

- Understanding of Data Centre colocation business

- Excellent analytical thinking ability.

- Strong ability to analyze lots of information and multiple disparate sets of information and documents; Strong ability to understand and work with numbers.
