Job Role -
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Engage with potential customers and assist them in purchasing Flipkart products.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and maintaining high conversion rates.
- Ensure excellent communication and customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (on paper)
- Skills Required : Excellent communication skills
- Mandatory Documents :
- Last 3 months pay slips / bank statements- Relieving letter-PF history-Experience letter
