Role: Sub Zonal Manager

Purpose of Role: To monitor the performance of the hubs designated under them

Roles & Responsibilities:

Decision MakingManaging peak volume and ensuring to achieve on time pickup & delivery of shipmentsCoordinate & analyze the hub capacity to allocate volume to hubsDeciding hub locations as per geography knowledge to setup new hubsSupporting hub incharges in Clearance of pendency

People & Manpower ManagementEnsure 100% attendance of TLs & Rider Partners in hubPlanning for adhoc manpower of riders through 3PL/Vendors/ Kirana or TLs with HIsConnecting with the HIs regarding improvement of their performanceProviding Career progression for the Team Leaders & Hub InchargesMaintaining relationship with the clients & vendors to ensure smooth operations

Infrastructure ManagementEnsure that all the hub infrastructures are proper & accurate, in coordination with the Hub Incharge & Procurement team (during new hub opening)Ensuring availability of infrastructure & inventory

Data InterpretationEnsure that the dashboard is viewed & analyzedDecisions to be taken upon data interpretation & analysis

Performance ManagementEnsuring smooth functioning of hubsPerformance management of the hubs in BICProviding feedback & guidance for improving hub performanceConducting training sessions, mentoring and updating new processes across the hubsEngaging the teams with regular hub visits & audits

Franchise ManagementEnsuring BIC performance of Franchise hubs and guiding franchisees for improving operations & performanceProactively assessing, clarifying and validating the needs of franchiseIdentification of new Franchise Partners to onboarding and trainingCoordinating with internal stakeholders i.e. BD, Operations & Finance Team for solving queries of Franchise and improve performanceFollow up with Franchise for on time COD closureIdentification of Fraud activity and taking actionOnboarding other Delivery Channel - Kirana/3PL VendorReal Time solve of queries like Billing, call out , Night Incentive, any revocation in billing
