Control Tower Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Control Tower Specialist/Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain visibility and ensure seamless logistics operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will act as the central nerve center for all logistics movements, ensuring real-time coordination, exception management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Central Monitoring & Visibility
  
• Act as a centralized hub for real-time monitoring of logistics movements across warehouses, 3PLs, last-mile delivery, and returns.
  
• Ensure high data accuracy and integrity across systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP).
  
• Exception Management
  
• Identify and proactively resolve shipment delays, capacity constraints, carrier issues, or warehouse bottlenecks.
  
• Escalate and communicate risks to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Stakeholder Coordination
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, warehousing, customer service) and external partners (carriers, 3PLs, fulfillment centers).
  
• Support customer service teams with real-time updates and escalations.
  
• Data Analytics & Reporting
  
• Generate daily/weekly performance reports (OTIF, delivery time, returns, cancellations, etc.).
  
• Use dashboards and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
  
• Process Improvement
  
• Develop SOPs and control tower processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  
• Support digital transformation initiatives in logistics and supply chain

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 37 years of experience in logistics operations, e-commerce supply chain, or control tower roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of transportation, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and 3PL management.
  
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and control tower software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, FourKites).
  
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
