Hub Incharge

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Hub In-Charge to oversee daily operations at our logistics hub. The ideal candidate will have experience in rider hiring, training, fleet coordination, and hub performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless last-mile delivery, rider availability, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Rider Hiring & Management:

• Drive the recruitment of delivery riders through local channels, referrals, and recruitment partners.
  
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and background verification of riders.
  
• Ensure riders are trained on delivery processes, customer handling, and app usage.
  
• Monitor rider performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
  
• Maintain an updated rider database with documents and attendance records.
  

Hub Operations:

• Supervise all hub activities including rider check-in/check-out, parcel sorting, and dispatch.
  
• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
  
• Resolve daily operational challenges such as rider absenteeism or route issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on rider attendance, deliveries, and exceptions.
  
• Coordinate with the central operations team for rider demand planning.
  
• Liaise with customer support to resolve delivery-related escalations.
