The Job
Role Description:
As a Client Solutions Consultant at Corporate Intellect Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary goal will be to understand their business needs, introduce them to our CRM solution (Bitrix24), and guide them through the process of choosing the right features to improve their operations.
This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, technology, and client engagement. You'll work closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and contribute directly to the company's growth.
What You'll Do:
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Clearly explain how our CRM and IT solutions can solve client pain points
- Schedule and conduct product demos
- Handle objections, answer queries, and build strong client relationships
- Work on achieving monthly targets for demos and closures
- Maintain proper client data and follow-ups in the CRM

Ideal Candidate
You Should Have:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (IT/CRM sales preferred)
- Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Confidence in presenting software solutions and handling sales conversations
- A proactive, go-getter mindset with a focus on results
- Experienced in Sales: Has at least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Fluent in English: Speaks and writes English confidently and clearly, as most client communication will be in English.
Excellent Communicator: Can explain technical concepts in a simple way, listen actively, and handle objections with ease.
Customer-Centric: Understands client challenges and is passionate about offering the right solutions to meet their needs.
Tech-Savvy: Has a basic understanding of CRM tools or is willing to learn quickly. Previous exposure to Bitrix24 is a plus.
Target-Driven: Motivated by goals and enjoys achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Quick Learner: Open to feedback, eager to grow, and able to adapt to changing client demands and product updates.
Team-Oriented: Works well in a collaborative environment and contributes positively to the company culture.
