Job Description
Finance Executive will be Responsible for :
-
Verifying & accounting for all supplier Invoices, payment entries, and other regular journals in accounting Software .
-
Filing of GST returns, managing GST Audit & GST Refund application .
-
Responsible for all STPI monthly/Annual returns and SOFTEX filing.
-
Managing the Banking operations, Forex & Corporate Credit Card
-
Calculation of Payroll, PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc
-
C ompliance like e- TDS returns, IT Declaration, Issuance of Form-16
-
Managing the Internal & Statutory Audits and coordinating with company Auditors
-
Collect and handle bills and vouchers.
-
Qualification : BCom/MCom/MBA (Finance)
Minimum 5 year s experience in handling the accounts of an IT company
Proficient in handling Zoho Books
Work experience with a CA firm will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel
Sound knowledge in Accounting Principles and Practices.
