Dislikes

Softnotions Technologies is one of the most toxic workplaces i have ever seen. There is absolutly no work life balance and you are expected to be available 24*7 like a machine. Salaries are extremly low and there are no promotions or career growth opportunities no matter how hard you work. They treat employees very badly with consistent micro management that kills your motivation. The HR is unprofessional and unhelpful. There is zero job security, you can be thrown out anytime without proper notice or reason. If you value your mental health, respect and career growth, stay far away from this company....Read More

Softnotions is a good company that takes care of their clients very well and have a very systematic way of developing projects. They do have experts inside and outside of the company and immediately help us to solve the challenges through team work.

Dislikes

I think softnotions should consider seriously more about the hiring process and HR management. Softnotions depends on contract workers sometimes and they do neither provide the basic facilities nor enquire about anything before hiring but softnotions expects more dedication and availability from contract employees. They dont have a system to handle basic documents once an employee leave from the company. Some contract employees get all documents without any delay while some don't which shows softnotions should focus not only project quality, project release but also the HR section. These things affect the employees new company joining. One have to think a lot and follow up more with the company director too before joining as a contract employee in softnotions....Read More
