About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts in the assigned territory.
- You will be at the forefront of driving product adoption, onboarding healthcare professionals, and making TatvaCare the go-to platform for doctors and patients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent TatvaCare in your designated territory and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Drive the end-to-end doctor acquisition cycle including lead generation, sales conversion, onboarding, training, and customer success.
- Showcase the value of TatvaCare through product demos, sales pitches, and personalized consultations.
- Gather feedback from doctors and play a key role in the product improvement process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster trust and goodwill among healthcare providers.
- Generate strong referral networks within the medical community.
- Travel extensively (up to 75% field work) within the territory to ensure ground-level engagement.
What Were Looking For:
- Education: MBA is mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in the HealthTech or Healthcare sector is a strong advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-driven with a passion to make an impact in the HealthTech space.
- A problem-solver with a go-getter attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow.
