About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager at TatvaCare, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market and driving product adoption among healthcare professionals. You will be the face of the TatvaCare platform in your assigned territory, responsible for driving growth, acquiring new doctors, and ensuring seamless onboarding and product usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative of TatvaCare in the assigned territory.
- Promote and demonstrate the TatvaCare platform to doctors, highlighting how it enhances their practice.
- Manage the complete doctor acquisition cycle including lead generation, sales, onboarding, training, and post-sale support.
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) within the assigned territory to meet prospects and clients.
- Build long-term relationships with doctors, generating goodwill and referrals.
- Provide feedback to the product team to support continuous improvement and innovation.
Education: Graduate/MBA is preferred
Experience:
- 2 - 5 years in field sales; experience in healthcare/health-tech is a strong advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm.
- A proactive and impact-driven attitude, with the desire to contribute to meaningful change in the healthcare space.
