About the role:
Sales Manager (Institutional) is a core person who will upscale business on the Tatvacare platform (TatvaPractice & Goodflip). The person will be responsible for the business growth and majorly driving revenues from hospital, corporate clinics & making the consultation platform an obvious choice.
What you will do:
- Be the face of Tatvacare in the assigned region.
- Responsible for leading the Revenue businesses (Lead Management to Customer Success) by acquiring hospitals & corporate clinics in the assigned region.
- Analyzing market specific requirements and coordinating with cross functional teams for improving the quality of product & business operations.
- Be a major stakeholder in HIMS product evolution.
- Stay in constant touch with all the key stakeholders, hospitals by meeting them physically.
What you should have:
- Total of 5 to 9 years of Sales/BD experience with a minimum of 3 years of work-ex in hospital specific revenue generation.
- Prior work-ex in handling multiple markets is a plus as this is a regional role
- Best in Client account and Relationship management skills.
- Target Obsessed and passion driven contributor.
- Be the front runner in taking up futuristic responsibilities.
- Apart from all the above, if you hate working from home/bench and love being on field meeting clients, you are on the right track.
