�� Experience: Minimum 6 years or above in corporate travel coordination or travel desk roles

�� Role Overview

Lead and manage all aspects of corporate travel for Team Computers, ensuring cost-efficiency, policy compliance, and seamless travel experiences for staff and leadership.

��️ Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Travel Management: Administer domestic & international bookings (air, rail, hotels, car hire, visas) and provide 24/7 traveler support.
• Vendor & Contract Negotiations: Secure optimal arrangements with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels.
• Policy & Budget Oversight: Enforce travel policy, monitor spend, manage prepaid credits, and prepare monthly MIS reports.
• Itineraries & Documentation: Create traveler schedules, handle visa processing, and maintain auditable travel records.
• Expense & Invoice Management: Handle reimbursements, PO/Invoice coordination, and align with Finance.
• Crisis Response: Provide quick solutions to disruptions such as cancellations or visa delays.
• Process Improvement: Analyze travel data for cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements.

✅ Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Travel & Tourism, Business Admin, Hospitality, or related; certifications (IATA, CCTE, GTP) preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years in corporate travel, preferably within IT services or large organizations.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in GDS tools, TMC systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and travel analytics.
• Skillset: Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving under pressure.
