Role Overview:
Educational Qualifications: Graduates/UG/PG
Work Experience Essential
Exposure to similar role for a minimum of 6 months (international).
Experience of working in 24/7 environment.
Role & responsibilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidates to be having experience of International Chat Process background.
Key Responsibilities -
Chat Support.
Candidates should be able to resolve customer issues.
Chat ownership, drive to resolution and communication with customer.
Experience in upselling
Experience Desirable
6 months or more experience in similar role.
Experience on live chat process/web chat/chat support
Note - It will be night shifts only
