Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Broadcom UIM/Nimsoft monitoring infrastructure.
- Develop and customize probes, dashboards, and alarms to meet business and technical requirements.
- Integrate UIM with other observability tools and platforms.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of monitoring services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UIM components and integrations.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to define monitoring requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Broadcom UIM/Nimsoft administration and development.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools like New Relic
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, cloud platforms).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Company provide cab facility up to 35 k.m for Noida location but for female there is no k.m. limit. Good culture Job Security as compare to other companies. Salary credit on month end.

Basic Salary is very low so you can't save much tax, working hour is 9.30 hour. HR don't give your email response easily might be they are too busy. No Diwali bonus. Salary increment is very low. Politics depend on you manager.
