Key Responsibilities:
>Handle bulk recruitment across various functions and levels in the organization.
>Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing >needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
>Source, screen, and short-list candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
>Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' qualifications and interest.
>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and provide a great candidate experience from application to offer.
>Ensure timely and efficient filling of vacancies by maintaining strong pipeline management.
>Manage offer negotiation and on-boarding process for new hires.
>Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
>Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and improve recruitment strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
>1-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on bulk hiring.
>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferably Workday and other recruitment tools.
>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
>Ability to handle multiple roles and manage recruitment processes simultaneously.
>Strong organizational and time-management skills.
>High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain candidate confidentiality.
>Experience in sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
>Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Desired Skills:
>Experience in high-volume recruitment in BPO
>Knowledge of basic HR policies and procedures.
>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
>Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
