Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Media Relations: Build strong relationships with senior journalists; secure quality coverage

Client Service: Provide strategic counsel; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

Content Management: Create and manage impactful content and campaigns

Crisis Communication: Support clients during high-stakes issues

Digital Integration: Incorporate digital and social strategies into campaigns

Business Development: Identify organic growth and cross-sell opportunities

Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior staff; foster a high-performance culture.

Financial Management: Ensure profitability, billing accuracy, and resource allocation

Candidate Profile:

- 7-10 years in public relations/communications, with a minimum of 4 years in client servicing

- Journalism experience in BFSI or capital markets is a strong plus

- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills

- Proven media relations expertise, especially in the BFSI domain

- Agency experience preferred

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex client portfolios.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in communications, PR, or related field
