Key Responsibilities

- Design and Execute Acquisition Strategy: Recruit new channel partners and cohorts aligned with growth targets.

- Program Ownership: Build and implement a scalable channel acquisition playbook across markets.

- Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle - from lead generation and onboarding to support in the initial 90 days.

- Partner Enablement: Create onboarding frameworks and materials that ensure Day 1 readiness.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams across # Demand, Marketing, Product, Finance, Growth, and Account Management.

- Performance Measurement: Define KPIs, track program effectiveness, and present insights for scaling.

- Relationship Management: Provide high-touch engagement and green-channel support during the early stages of partnership.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and the competitive landscape to fine-tune acquisition strategies.

Candidate Profile

- 8+ years in sales or channel acquisition, preferably in FMCG, Telecom, or large-scale distribution.

- 2-3 years of experience in high-growth startup environments with a comfort for ambiguity.

- Deep understanding of distribution and large-scale partner recruitment models.

- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

- High ownership, self-starter mentality, action-oriented, and result-driven.
