Role: Sr.Manager/AD Analytics (STARTUP EXPERIENCE MANDATORY)

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

CTC: 30 - 40 L

- Own and lead the analytics function across the organization.

- Build scalable reporting systems and dashboard frameworks.

- Drive deep-dive analyses to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, etc.).

- Hire and mentor a high-performing team of analysts.

- Partner with Data Engineering to ensure robust data infrastructure and governance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years' experience in analytics or data science.

- 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.

- Strong SQL skills, plus hands-on with Python/R and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).

- Proven ability to influence business strategy through data.

- Strong business acumen and experience in fast-paced environments.

- Self-starter with ability to build systems and teams from scratch.
