We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Web Developer with a strong background in Wordpress and a proven track record of delivering high-quality websites for USA and UK-based clients. The ideal candidate is proficient in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer, with a deep understanding of both technical development and design discovery processes. You will play a key role in leading projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating with designers and marketers to build modern, effective, and SEO-optimized digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, Framer, GoHighLevel, and Webflow.

- Convert Figma mockups and AI-generated content/designs into engaging, SEO-friendly websites.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, timelines, and creative direction.

- Implement and optimize on-page SEO best practices for all web projects.

- Integrate third-party tools and plugins to enhance functionality and user experience.

- Manage website performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and optimize load speeds.

- Handle client communications and project updates independently.

- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and marketing objectives.

- Stay updated on web design trends, SEO changes, and emerging tech.

Requirement :

- 3-8 years of experience in website design and development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP, API , WordPress, Webflow, Framer, GoHighLevel, and responsive design.

- Experience working with Figma, Photoshop, and AI-based tools for content and design.

- Knowledge of web marketing, on-page SEO, and digital performance best practices.

- Strong communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for user-centric design.
