Business Analyst - NetSuite/Salesforce Paltform (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst with strong expertise in NetSuite and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business requirements with technology solutions, helping optimize and integrate processes across ERP (NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements or integrations involving NetSuite and Salesforce

- Work closely with stakeholders across finance, sales, operations, and IT to understand and map processes

- Configure or assist in the configuration of NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, Order Management, Procurement) and Salesforce objects/workflows

- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors for development, testing, and deployment of system changes

- Conduct gap analysis and propose scalable solutions aligned with business goals

- Support end-to-end implementation, UAT, and user training

- Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and optimize workflows

- Develop and maintain clear documentation (BRDs, process flows, training guides)

- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data flows between systems (via middleware or APIs)

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with NetSuite ERP and Salesforce CRM

- Deep understanding of business processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, lead-to-quote, and customer lifecycle management

- Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation

- Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or NetSuite Workflows is a plus

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Workflows, Reports, and Dashboards

- Experience with data migration, system integrations, or middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo)

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or related field

- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification

- Salesforce Administrator certification

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Background in SaaS, E-commerce, or Finance domains
