- Customer complain review, collection of data and preparation of CAPA and 8D
- Review of in process Inspection, pre despatch inspection on daily bases
- Abnormality handling on shop floor on daily basis.
- RCA analysis of daily abnormalities and action pan
- Chronic defects analysis and tracking for reduction in defects
- To review of all repartees on daily basis
Technical Requirement -
- 6 - 8 years of experience in domain
- In process Inspection
- Incoming inspection
- 7QC tools and 8D solving tools
- SPC
- Documentation and presentation skills.
- CIPET degree
