Job Description
Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities :
- Write and debug REXX scripts for automation and tooling.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform impact analysis, code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Provide support for production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
- Work closely with QA, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality
software solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and support system integration testing.
Required Skills :
- Familiarity with VSAM, DB2, and TSO/ISPF.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and mainframe batch and online processing.
- Experience with debugging tools such as Xpediter, Abend-AID, or File-AID.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of change management tools like Endevor or Changeman.
