Good Knowledge of installation and troubleshooting of End Point operating Systems like Windows 10 / Windows 11Should be capable of providing L2 and L3 support for server related issues and Windows server migrations.

Should be capable of Upgrade and patching of Windows server. Should have good knowledge of PowerShell commands. Should have knowledge regarding office 365 user creation and User management.Should be capable of providing L2/L3 support for Hardware and VMWare related issues Should have hands on experience of troubleshooting Anti Virus related issues.

Should have knowledge of Web Proxy and MS-Office products File server permission handling.

Should have knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel. Should be having good analytical skills. Should have fluent communication skills. Should be a good team member & having team handling experience.
