Hiring for International Outbound Voice process||Preferred female candidate only
Role:-
- Make outbound calls to international clients to provide product or service information.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and timely information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
Requirement:-
- Exp - 1-5 Years in International Bpo (voice process)
