About the role
As the Implementation Lead at Xeno, you will lead the onboarding and implementation function, ensuring clients go live seamlessly and derive value quickly. You will own the end-to-end implementation journey, partnering closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
What You ll Do
- Own and manage the implementation pipeline: Plan, prioritize, and execute multiple onboarding projects with clear timelines and milestones.
- Drive client alignment: Understand client business needs and map them effectively with Xeno s platform capabilities.
- Process Improvement: Build scalable implementation processes and frameworks to reduce go-live times while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product & Engineering to resolve blockers and enable successful configurations & integrations.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage the implementation team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Client Education: Ensure clients are well-trained on using Xeno and have clear success plans post-implementation.
- Feedback Loop: Capture client feedback and relay actionable insights to Product for continuous improvement.
What We re Looking For
- 6 10 years of experience in Implementation / Onboarding / Technical Project Management, preferably in SaaS or Martech.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple implementations in parallel.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, API integrations, and Martech tools is an advantage.
