Very disappointed with the recent promotions. The ones who recently got promoted at higher level are not even capable of resolving the issues what is being faced by Junior staff. They are not even standing for their team. If Client or on-site is bashing, these people are from client side. If client is appreciating they are taking that advantage and based on that getting promoted. But what about others?? They are still struggling day to night. Starting from the Cab pickup to coffee machine to internal calls to micromanagement by these people to office politics and what not. This struggle is never ending for the ones who are really struggling very hard and doing their jobs with honesty. These people don’t even stand for their team, how can they stand, their a** and legs must be pain that’s the reason they can’t stand.
