There is no scope for promotion of those employees who are working more than 5 years especially off roll employees. After giving more than 5 years of life and dedication, the employees are told that there is age policy or restrictions hence there is no chance of you to get promoted as an on roll employee, this is heart breaking.

Every 2nd sat and 4th weekend and holidays they are asked to work but no compensation and permission we need work weekends and holidays they are giving more pressure those days

If you come first shift but you can’t go proper time because if customer in showroom then you will attend customer so sales aren’t allow go wideout attend customer

Dislikes

No work life balance. Manager calls even on holidays and sundays. Shouts and creates mental pressure during festival holidays also. Meeting is scheduled even after working hours, late night at 10 pm till 1 am. All the work which is supposed to be done by the manager he wants us to do it.
