1. Site accommodation very good. 2. Job Security. 3. Salary on 7th or after 7th. 4. Feel like Govt job in mean of Work load.

1. Work life balance zero (above 72hr in a week) 2. Zero self development for QS Engg. 3. Seniors only sit on chair and take juniors credit. 4. Higher management have no QS team to provide increment.

They don’t fail you with respect to job security. Allows you to transfer between the projects based on your circumstances if it is genuinely available means.

Dislikes

Contradicting site policies towards reimbursement for travels shall be improved. However it takes a hardship.
