Akums have brand value in manufacturing so i only join for brand value so that i can switch to a good MNC.

Dislikes

I am in QA validation,No work balance life , duty time is 10+hours and you have to complete your work in any hours or 10+ hours. No personal life , No tea time only lunch time of 30min in Plant-3 , No bus service, Pharmaceuticals industry have not good salary below average salary.
