The software which we use while interacting with customers AC3 is good, and the workplace is great, everything was good until they end my contract.

Dislikes

No job security, they used us when they need us on peak time and after that they dumped us like they never needed us, I have scored 85+ in customer satisfaction rating in CAP team still they ended my contract, it never depends upon performance, no matter how hard we try to proof our ability they do not extend contract nor they will give permanent role, but they will hire new employees and burn money for the training of new employees....Read More
