No job security,stressing for targets. If some is pointing HR won't listen they just try to resign us by ourselves always managers target to put in pip, l4,l5,l6 ,HR are all on same page. They have no concern about employees just act accordingly to the policy no empathy to their employees. I wish they give employee satisfaction just like customer satisfaction
