Very good company .The brand name holds a lot of value for the employees that are cited by 18% of the employees. Out of 720 employee's reviews, 17% of the employees believe that the quality of work at Amazon is good to go. Some of the employees have given feedback saying that skill-oriented jobs are essential for the seekers.

Dislikes

Cost cutting, frugality, employees being pressurised to work beyond their abilities, employee being fired coz they fail to get a good survey just bcz of the goof up done by the courier services. What is the best aspect of working at Amazon? (It can be benefits, culture, etc.)

I’ve worked for Amazon as an CSA starring this month We only used to handle issues from North America and people who used to purchase from amazon.com. I’ve done my 12th this year . More than 75%-85% people working there are engineers.I had a colleague who had done aerospace engineering. I got selected via college interview. There were many other companies but none of them were never heard of mostly startup’s which didn’t pay as much as working in amazon.
