Salary is good plus it's WFH so you can manage doing other tasks if you settle well with rotational shift

Dislikes

There's no job security and the hierarchy is shit. No one to hear your concern and they threaten to terminate you over silly reasons. The rotational shifts are too drastic and can be dangerous for health. If you're in urgent need of WFH and good salary then only go for it or else please stay away since there's no skill development, job security or anything.

Job security is Zero at Amazon. no matter How much labor you have put into your work they never give preference to the employee from the west Bengal region. I was the top performer at my team but they still kick us out.

It was great , but there was no bloody security about it. Worst part is even those recieved extension who passed away lower in graduation. Just because I was sick ko extension was given . Even after submitting the medical certificate at the date . Very unfair
