Biased management Unqualified leaders Team leads from various department are not qualified most of them not complete their 15 year education also, they were just closed to th VP so they got promotion within 2 year of work experience. Now they are running the company process with half knowledge Someone should check the minimum eligibility before promotion HR are more interested in gossip rather than doing the actual work. Work time is very flexible for them they can come and go anytime. I have seen another AVP 2 also with a associate in company gate mostly for smoke break I never saw her sitting on her desk When employee visit them and ask for queries they just say drop a mail and no response for 7 working day you need to drop another follow up mail. Most of the time they make fun of employees on their back after leaving the room. There is no room for employees in the office no chairs, space but management asking to attend 5 days office. Company is so poor they don't have budget for laptop, only desktop is available to force employee to attend office. They are hiring good resources with 50% hike and giving donkey work, you need to unlearn many things after joining here, tools are very outdated everything is outdated, recently data got migrated to workday and no previous letter available, this company lost all the previous data while migrating the data to another software. If you complain about your manager or work HRBP will suggest you everything including finding a new job rather than actually giving the correct solution, all of them are managers pet. No growth no learning after joining this company, i will suggest you to use the offer as negotiation and join other company don't stay here more than 6 month (probation period). If you complain about the process and TL during your probation they will put you into PIP so be careful. Notices period is 1 month during probation so better to leave early. Now I am stuck I have not learn any new skills from last 3 year. I have seen payroll team and IT team making it more difficult for leavers, no clearance after several followup and note no relieving letter also. They will deduct money from your salary with nonsense reason no one will listen, once you put down paper your access will get deactivate. Rewards and recognition, promotion, hikeis only available for manager's favourite. No one will question the promotion cycle, political is high. They pay a salary at par with market standard. Infact for some cases the payment is above market standard. The mediclaim benifit is pretty awesome, Infact one of the best in the market.

Dislikes

1. They have hired all the top performers from the market and put them in the management bench. There is a massive difference between management skills and production skills. I personally felt like being managed by a bunch of farmers! 2. Zero work life balance, people here work on an average 14 to 16 hours shift. 3. Huge racism, thesouth indians have their seperate lobby, the North Indians have a different lobby. 4. Overworking and hard workers are glorified. Much like a labour class mentality. People in mid management brag about how they have come from poor families and have made their way up by hard work. They won't train you mentioning they didn't get proper training when they joined and expect you to go through the hardships of self learning! I have heard open comments on the floor where just because an associate drives an expensive car to office the managers get jealous, mentioning that even after working so hard we don't have a fancy car and these young brats are having the time of their life. The floor is full of these uncles coming from mediocre families and expecting others to go through the life struggles they have been through. Oh and did I mention weekend working? 5. The office doesn't even give you tissues to wipe! Mentioning it to be a cost saving initiative. The floor AC is kept off for energy saving and you have 3 urinals in the women's washroom for a floor strength of 80 odd women! 6. No interaction with senior management. Infact during town halls people are discouraged to ask questions. 7. If you speak up your team will be changed. 8. Layoffs, Apex group has already layed off around 170 employees without any specific reason whatsoever. 9. Don't trust me , check out the LinkedIn profile of any senior / mid management here in Apex, you will notice this is the only organisation in which they have received promotion / career growth. And most of them come from small companies whose ratings are equivalent to that of Apex! 10. There is literally no HR!
