Company work culture is okay. Safety measures are good. Permit system is strong. Surrounded by Jungle so no pollution issues. Employees care is good(upper management only)

Dislikes

Appraisal system is worst. You will be downgrade in Appraisal just because Manager wants upgrade his rating. I think there should not be comparison between manager (high salary) and his team (low salary). HR will notice this but does not take any action due system and politics. That is big reason for many persons leaving company in just 2 years. Canteen food is worst. Only corporate people, guests, new joinee will be served with nice food. Upper Management people goes to home(colony) for lunch so they do not care so much about Canteen food, what are you eating is healthy or not....Read More
