Barclays as a company I would say definitely a best place to work relates to work life balance and team composition. There haven't been much politics you can see on set of the team. Lots of appreciation program have been designed to motivate employees.

The work environment was challenging and nurtured growth and learning. The competitive nature of work was well complimented by good mentoring and training. Colleagues were very friendly and the camaraderie was easy to develop and sustain.
