1. Not good work culture 2. Very poor encouragement and recognition for work. 3. Not transparent in actions. 3. No opportunities for Skill development. 4. No job security. 5. Very bad promotion and appraisal assessment process. 6. Larger attrition because of above.

Work profile not set as per posistion. They hold variable salary parts and make promises to release end of year. in case of separation they will not release even you have completed full year. I have completed year 2024 and switched job in Mar25 but they have not released my variable part for 2024 and 2025. They have not released my hard earned money.

Nothing good , mediocre company with name tag as Brookfield Properties.

Some of many 1. You are able set aside your ego and satisfy your boss, you will rock here ! 2. The HR team merely exists, only for joining & exit formalities 3. They will hire 3rd party consultants - who will sell you a job profile, which does not exist in principle 4. If you have friends in the co., consider yourself to be luck, else you will face a hard time 5. If you think, you can speak to HR / Sr Leadership about your challenges, consider this as the beginning of your time at Brookfield 6. You will be hired on 3rd party payrolls not Brookfield and - each 3rd party payrolls comes at its own risk's - god forbid if your are thrown into a 3rd party company - forget about securing loans (learnt this from a friend, who had faced this situation)...Read More
