Dislikes

I've found that Byju's has a very challenging work culture, with high pressure and demanding expectations. However, if you can learn to manage your tasks efficiently and develop a good workflow, it becomes easier to handle the daily workload and navigate the environment.

Everything about the company was awesome Until March 2022, then its the opposite.

1. Fraudulent Management, no matter what they say, I have seen their fraudulent activities live and surprised how the founders are still roaming freely. 2. Has spoiled 1000's of customer Bureau score by opening the loans in their name, not closing the loans even after customer cancelling the course and they just let the loan go to delinquency by lying to the customer that the loan is closed. Customer will only get to know about this when they go to apply for a new loan and gets rejected due to bad bureau score. 3. This is even worst than point 2, they collected EMI's and Foreclosure from customers and they never remitted that money against customers loan. There are 1000's of customers who have made 100% payment but their loan is under delinquency because Byjus has utilized the payment money and left the loans go into delinquency. 4. Good knowledge providing edu tech but work culture is aggressive and people are addicted to their culture and many pains and many torture for employees, doesn't went outside of company , everyone know what they're doing but it was made by their hierarchies.

You have freedom to run your centre according to you as an Academic Manager. I got learn a lot if things like parent (customer handling,Faculty Management, Work Load is very less, If you are preparing for an exam this job is best for you because you get a lot of time for self study and self development. The pay scale is amazing specially if you are a fresher.

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.

There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.

There are so many reasons for dislike. They just give you hopes of big salary package. But in reality we are not received salary as per offer letter. They put lots of requirements to get full salary. No job security. No incentive. No support.. no fix time. Abuses everytime.
