No work life balance HR dept. of Byjus is the worst is the worst. They donot provide you payslips after you leave the organisation. They donot respond even after multiple requests and mails. The organisational behaviour is very unprofessional.

I'd mentioned I was a singer at my interview for the job. I was completely caught off guard when I was asked to be in a Christmas carol compilation at the end of the year where they wanted to showcase the employees talents. Had a blast and it just goes to show that companies like BYJU'S really put other more traditional work cultures and practices to shame.

As a women in the ed tech field, I have come across my fair share of male dominated offices which can sometimes be slightly intimidating and unwelcoming. I did not face that problems at BYJU'S. The HR department is also very approachable and amenable to listening to you and helping you to sort out your personal woes, if any.

No issues so far with my work, team or the company as a whole.
