Work life balance, since there was not many projects taken up it less pressure on deadlines. Sprint is usually of a month. Planning was done before sprits starts, though you get some minor requirements from products but it was a lot lesser once the manager changed.

Dislikes

No transparency from the leaders, no innovation, cost cutting from infra side and employee getting layed off from all the departments. Many building getting shut down without any notice.

No one should join byjus. The buisness model is totally messed up. Now they just want to open coaching class just like Allen and mahesh tutorials and keep teachers there. They will fire everyone regardless of performance. No decency, ethics . They fire in all departments be it technology, content, marketing and that too They fired on diwali this time.
