There's no growth in C&S Electric Ltd. Don't get trapped in HR consultation. They don't have any proper system for the recruitment. They will not provide you any offer Letter on joining and just forget about your Appointment Letter. There is no clear discussion about the salary being offered, what they discuss and offer during interview is something different when you get your in-hand salary. No Scope of growth in this company. They just want you to work at lower than the minimum wages. Pathetic HR Policies with no safety regulations. They don't even provide the proper basic facilities and they don't have any satisfactory work environment. I discussed with many of the current employees of the company regarding their growth, nobody is Happy working here. They all are working either they need money or they don't have any other options. If you're here then better get yourself out of this company yo see and get better prospect of work opportunities with some other companies. C&S Electric limited being established from way 50 years back but they have no work culture. Just a Pathetic depressed company!...Read More
