Senior Bosses do Promotions are based on Favoritisim rather than performance. Hr is highest paid dept and Sales and Marketing is lowest paid who is actually bring business. HR is poor. No work culture No Job Security. Favorite employee will become GM or even senior without qualified for position having low year of experience and experience employees will be under paid and given more work without promotions or bonus....Read More
